# Live Corporate Account

Create a Tradeview Markets Live Corporate Account for an entity, business, or organization.

Choose **Corporate** when applying for an entity, business, or organization. The person completing the application is the **account holder**: the individual responsible for managing the corporate account, making account decisions, and adding or removing shareholders.

## Prepare before you start

The Cabinet asks for company, account-holder, and—in applicable cases—shareholder information. Prepare the following before opening the application:

* Company name, company email, business type and description, company address, incorporation and ownership information, and tax-residency information.
* Articles or certificate of incorporation; corporate bank statement; corporate proof of address; corporate resolution; and, where applicable, memorandum/articles of association and shareholder breakdown.
* The account holder’s government-issued photo ID and proof of residence.
* For each required shareholder or UBO, their personal information, government-issued photo ID, proof of residence, and digital signature.

{% hint style="info" %}
The Cabinet states that you can begin with identification and proof of address, and may upload other requested company documents when available or later when requested. The exact request and timing are determined by the Cabinet application.
{% endhint %}

## Part 1: Create the Corporate application

1. Open [Create an Account](/getting-started/create-an-account.md).
2. Select **Live account**.
3. Enter the email and password for the Cabinet login, select **Continue**, then enter the verification code delivered to that email.
4. Complete the initial registration **Personal details** screen and any entity selection shown by the Cabinet.
5. If an entity disclaimer appears, read it and complete its required acknowledgement.
6. On **Account category**, select **Corporate (Entity; business or organization)**.
7. Read the disclaimer, select its acknowledgement checkbox, and select **Get started**.

## Part 2: Complete company information

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Enter company details

On **Company details**, enter the company name, a corporate email address, business type, and business description. Complete the company-address fields with the company’s actual location, not the account holder’s residential address.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Enter ownership and tax details

On **Company ownership details**, provide the date and country of incorporation, ownership information, and the requested financial details. On **Tax residency declaration**, provide the company’s tax-residency country and requested tax-reference or tax-identification information.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Choose the account setup

On **Account type**, choose the platform, account type, and any required configuration presented by the Cabinet. Review the selection before continuing.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Upload company address and documents

On **Company proof of address**, upload the requested company document. The Cabinet can request a utility bill, bank statement, or certificate of residency; it does not accept mobile-phone bills. Then use **Company documents** to upload each available requested corporate document.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Upload the corporate resolution

On **Corporate resolution**, download and complete Tradeview’s standard resolution if the Cabinet offers it, or upload your organization’s own resolution. Use the upload control, confirm the file is clear, and continue.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Part 3: Complete the account holder’s information

1. On **Account holder information**, enter the details for the person who will manage the corporate account.
2. On **Account holder address**, enter that person’s residential address—not the company address.
3. Complete the account holder’s tax-residency, financial, and trading-experience information shown by the Cabinet.
4. Complete **ID verification** and any selfie verification shown for the account holder.
5. On **Proof of residence**, upload the account holder’s current requested document.
6. Read the account-holder consent text, select every required agreement checkbox, and continue.

## Part 4: Add shareholders or continue without them

1. Open **Shareholder information**.
2. If the company has shareholders to add, select **Add a new shareholder**.
3. Enter the shareholder’s details and ownership percentage exactly as requested.
4. Complete the requested ID, proof-of-residence, and signature steps for that shareholder.
5. Repeat for each required shareholder. The Cabinet allows up to nine shareholders; each entered shareholder must have at least 10% ownership.
6. Check that the combined ownership allocation required by the Cabinet totals correctly before continuing.
7. If the company has no shareholders to add, select **Continue without shareholders** when that option is shown.

## Part 5: Submit and monitor the review

1. On the final submission screen, recheck the company, account-holder, shareholder, and account-setup information.
2. Read every document and acknowledgement presented.
3. Select every required checkbox, provide the required signature, and select **Submit**.
4. Confirm the page says **Corporate application submitted: Review in progress**.
5. Select **Go to Cabinet** and check **Account** for a pending document or follow-up request.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Submit only information and documents you are authorized to provide. Corporate applications remain subject to eligibility and review; do not assume an application is approved until the Cabinet confirms its status.
{% endhint %}

## Need to replace or add a document?

Open the item shown in the Cabinet and follow [Identity Verification](/getting-started/identity-verification.md). For an outstanding corporate requirement that is not clear, use [Contact Support](/support/contact-support.md).
