# Deposit by Cryptocurrency

Deposit cryptocurrency with the network, wallet address, and confirmation steps shown in the Tradeview Markets Cabinet.

Use this guide only when **Crypto** is available on the Cabinet Deposit page. Crypto transfers are network-specific: select the exact asset and network shown by the Cabinet before you send funds.

## Start a crypto deposit

1. Sign in to the Cabinet and select **Deposit**.
2. Under **Select a deposit method**, select **Crypto**.
3. Select the cryptocurrency asset shown in the Cabinet.
4. Select the receiving **Platform** and **Trading account number** when requested.
5. Choose the deposit path displayed by the Cabinet, such as an automatic option, your exchange app, or a crypto-address option.
6. Enter the requested amount and select **Continue**.

## Send to a Cabinet crypto address

1. Choose the crypto-address option when it is shown.
2. Copy the receiving address displayed by the Cabinet using its copy control; do not retype it manually.
3. Check the asset and network shown beside the address.
4. Open your external wallet or exchange.
5. Select the same asset and network.
6. Paste the Cabinet receiving address, enter the amount, and review the first and last characters of the address before confirming in the external wallet.
7. Return to the Cabinet and complete any remaining confirmation screen.
8. Check the Cabinet deposit status after the transfer is submitted.

## Before you send

1. Compare the asset in your wallet with the asset selected in the Cabinet.
2. Compare the network in your wallet with the network shown in the Cabinet.
3. Confirm that the receiving address belongs to the currently open Cabinet deposit request.
4. Confirm the trading-account number that will receive the deposit.
5. Send only after all four values match.

Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can prevent the transfer from reaching the selected account. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed by the Cabinet once confirmed on the external network.
