# Limited Power of Attorney

Review, accept, reject, or revoke a Limited Power of Attorney request in the Tradeview Markets Cabinet.

Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) is the Cabinet workflow for discretionary trading authorization. It lets an eligible client review an agent’s request to manage a trading account. It does not allow the agent to withdraw money, securities, or other property from the account.

## Review an agent-access request

1. Sign in to the Cabinet.
2. Open **Limited Power of Attorney** from the left menu, or select the **Review request** action on the agent-access banner.
3. Check the **Full name** of the agent and the **Trading account number**.
4. Read the displayed **Account conditions**, including any management fee, incentive-fee percentage, and period.
5. Read the authorization and risk text in full.
6. If you agree, select **Sign now** or the available signature method and complete the signature confirmation.
7. Confirm that the Cabinet displays **Request accepted** and monitor the registered email for updates.

## Reject a request

1. Open the pending agent-access request.
2. Select the rejection option.
3. Choose the reason that best matches your decision, such as not recognizing the request, not agreeing with fees, or needing more time to review.
4. If you select **Other**, enter a clear reason within the field limits shown by the Cabinet.
5. Review the decision and submit it.

## Revoke existing agent access

1. Select **Account** in the Cabinet.
2. Find the account with the agent relationship.
3. Open the account action menu and select **Revoke access to Account Agent**.
4. Download the revocation document provided by the Cabinet.
5. Read the document, sign it, and save it as a PDF no larger than 15 MB.
6. Return to the Cabinet’s revocation flow and upload the signed PDF.
7. Enter the requested subject and message, then select **Submit request**.
8. Confirm that the Cabinet shows the revocation request was submitted and wait for the email update.

{% hint style="warning" %}
An LPOA authorizes an agent to trade on your account at your risk. Review the agent, account, fee terms, authority, and agreement before signing. A revocation remains subject to processing and does not change transactions initiated before it takes effect.
