# Downloads

Download or launch an available Tradeview Markets trading platform from the Cabinet Downloads menu.

**Downloads** is the shortcut to the Cabinet platform-download center. Use it to choose an available market, select a platform, and then open the version for your device.

## Download or launch a platform

1. Sign in to the Cabinet.
2. Select **Trading tools** in the left menu.
3. Select **Downloads**.
4. If the page shows market tabs, select the market that matches the trading account you plan to use.
5. Select the platform card you want to install or open.
6. Under **Download for:**, select the option for your device:
   * **WebTrader** to open the browser version.
   * **Windows** or **macOS** for a desktop installer.
   * **Google Play** or **App Store** for a mobile app.
7. Complete the download or launch action in the browser or app store.
8. Return to **Account**, open the relevant account card, and use its displayed account details when the platform asks you to sign in.

## Check you selected the right platform

1. Open **Account**.
2. Select **Live accounts** or **Demo accounts**.
3. Find the account card you intend to use.
4. Compare the platform on the card with the platform you selected in **Downloads**.
5. Only sign in to the platform with credentials and server information provided for that account.

## If Downloads is unavailable

1. Check the Cabinet for an application, verification, or access-restriction notice.
2. Complete the requested document or application step.
3. Sign out and back in, then open **Trading tools → Downloads** again.
4. If the platform or device option is still absent, it is not currently available for your account or market.
