# Trading Platforms

Open, download, and use the platform options available for your Tradeview Markets account.

The Cabinet **Platforms** page is the download center for platforms attached to your available account and market options. It can offer web, desktop, and mobile choices depending on the platform.

## Open the platform page

1. Sign in to the Cabinet.
2. Select **Platforms** in the left menu.
3. Review the platform cards available to your account.
4. Select the card for the platform you want to use.
5. Choose the available option for your device, such as **WebTrader**, Windows, macOS, Google Play, or the App Store.

## Connect a platform to an account

1. Return to **Account** and identify the trading-account number and platform on the account card.
2. Install or open the platform from **Platforms**.
3. On the platform’s connection screen, enter the trading-account credentials and server details supplied for that account.
4. Confirm that the account number, account type, and server match the information in the Cabinet before you submit the login.
5. If the platform cannot connect, return to the account card and recheck the displayed details rather than guessing a server or password.

## Request another platform option

1. Open **Account** and select **+ Create a New Live Account** or **+ Create a New Demo Account** if you need a new account configuration.
2. Select a platform only when it appears in that flow.
3. Complete the request and wait for it to appear under **Account**.
4. Return to **Platforms** to download or launch the matching platform.

MT4, MT5, cTrader, and other platforms may be available depending on account type and market. The Cabinet is the authoritative list for your account; a platform not displayed there is not currently available to that account.
